Responsibilities

Define and own the capability product roadmap aligned with the core platform
Lead go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning for GenAI offerings
Coordinate with capability leadership and cross-functional teams to balance investment in product, maintenance, and innovation
Establish clear communication channels and transparent decision-making across the organization
Serve as main contact for other capabilities and leadership teams
Stay ahead of GenAI, LLMs, and agentic systems trends to inform strategy
Mentor and grow a diverse, interdisciplinary team of product and AI professionals
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive customer and business value

Key requirements

7+ years of technical product management experience in AI/ML or related field in a B2B environment
Proven track record in setting product strategy grounded in research, data, and industry trends
Experience leading collaboration across multidisciplinary teams (PMs, engineers, designers, stakeholders)
Leadership experience as domain lead or people manager
Ability to communicate key messages to executives, customers, and non-R&D teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to translate strategy into business impact
Strong ownership, accountability, and bias for action
Willingness to travel (<15%)
