In this role you shape goal-oriented digital business transformations for clients, leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic guidance and measurable value. You’ll help grow the Management Consulting and Strategy practice and collaborate with engineers, strategists, and consultants to craft actionable recommendations. You’ll tackle high-impact problems for senior executives and drive transformative initiatives at a global scale. Responsibilities

Lead large teams to deliver value-oriented strategy and transformation
Shape the growth of the strategy consulting team by supporting recruiting, defining ways of working, and contributing thought leadership
Ensure the delivery of high-quality client recommendations

Key requirements

6+ years of Strategy and/or Management Consulting experience in a global major firm
Experience leading large-scale transformations at corporate level with global reach
Background in Utilities and/or Renewable Energy, and Power Producers
Strong relationships with senior clients and ability to deliver high-impact work for C-level executives
Team player focused on business value creation
Excellent written, verbal, numerical, and presentation skills
Proven consulting skills with C-level clients
Strong problem-solving and analytics capabilities
Appreciation for Agile ways of working and technology-enabled business value
Willingness to travel and work on client sites
