As a Principal Cost Schedule Control Analyst, you will drive EVMS-based cost and schedule performance for the Kuwait NASAMS program within RTX’s MRAD Product Area. You will partner with cross-functional teams to sustain budget, forecast, and financial reporting, shaping program execution and performance. The role offers a high-visibility chance to influence strategic financial decisions and ensure compliance with USG reporting requirements. This position can transition to a temporary EVMS Manager capacity for the NGSRI program, reinforcing financial stewardship across programs. Responsibilities

Analyze and report EVMS cost and schedule performance
Manage program budget maintenance and support resource planning
Generate internal monthly cost and schedule performance reports for Kuwait NASAMS
Produce external USG financial CDRLs (e.g., IPMDAR, CFSR) during tenure on NGSRI
Support quarterly Estimate at Complete analyses and reviews
Provide financial trend analysis and support corrective actions
Support annual and monthly FP&A activities and forecasting
Drive process improvements and ensure policy and ethical compliance

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field with 5+ years of finance experience or advanced degree with 3+ years
Experience with SAP, PMX, EDIT+, BW, Analysis for MS Office
Experience with Earned Value Management Systems and Estimates at Complete
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
U.S. citizenship is required
