Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operations transformation programs from strategy to implementation and measurable impact
Translate strategic recommendations into practical solutions and improved ways of working
Partner with hospital leaders, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, and deliver value
Identify, implement, and scale operational improvements to enhance healthcare performance and service delivery
Co-develop and continuously improve Operations offerings, solutions, and delivery toolkits based on client feedback
Build scalable assets, best practices, and knowledge-sharing approaches to accelerate transformation delivery across regions
Act as a connector across markets and teams, supporting capability development and coaching colleagues
Drive consistency across IHS Operations and contribute to capability development across the organization

Key requirements

Master's degree with strong academic record
7+ years of consulting experience (strategy, Big4, healthcare) or equivalent industry experience
Proven experience leading end-to-end transformation programs with measurable results
Strong understanding of healthcare or hospital environments and decision-making processes
Strong program and project management skills in multi-stakeholder settings
Demonstrated ability to translate strategies into practical solutions with business impact
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including engagement with senior/C-suite stakeholders
Experience in supply chain, data analytics, healthcare transformation, digital health, or change management is an advantage
