In this role you will lead AI-enabled CTSM transformations for pharma and biotech clients, shaping end-to-end clinical supply operations. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and advance Infosys Consulting’s CTSM and Life Sciences capabilities. You drive strategic, data-driven decisions and contribute to thought leadership and capability development. You will work with senior stakeholders to align supply chain innovation with client goals and global regulatory realities.

Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of measurable outcomes for CTSM-focused engagements across manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and distribution.
- Provide strategic leadership on AI-led transformation programs and reimagine CTSM operating models (demand forecast, supply planning, production scheduling, distribution).
- Design and deploy intelligent CTSM solutions using autonomous AI agents for predictive planning and scenario optimization.
- Collaborate with technology and data teams to implement CTSM AI use cases, including self-learning agents for batch sizing and manufacturing runs.
- Guide clients through transitions to autonomous, real-time adaptive supply ecosystems amid protocol amendments and disruptions.
- Manage cross-regional, cross-functional consulting engagements in a global delivery model.
- Lead complex, multi-vendor programs spanning clinical operations, supply chain, quality, IT, and external partners.
- Advise senior client stakeholders with data-driven insights and future-state visioning.
- Mentor and coach consulting teams and contribute to firm-building and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to growth of CTSM and AI-led offerings and publish thought leadership content.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; 7+ years total experience with 3+ years post-MBA consulting experience in clinical manufacturing and operations with Lifesciences clients.
- Experience leading CTSM engagements for Life Sciences clients.
- Strong understanding of Clinical Trial solutions in Study Master Design and Forecasting/Planning.
- Deep knowledge of managing clinical operations using IxRT (Interactive Response Technology).
- Experience in developing CTSM tools and accelerators; ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
- Proficiency in creating presentations (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
- Understanding of disruptive digital technologies; strong executive presence with CxO interaction.
- Proven track record managing large and small, global/local teams and long-term client relationships.
- Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
