You work with Pricing Technology, data science, and business teams to price homes fairly and competitively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. The role centers on applying market knowledge and model outputs to guide purchasing decisions and optimize pricing operations. You’ll contribute to a scalable pricing framework that supports growth and homeownership accessibility.

Responsibilities

Assess homes for pricing decisions and risk using in-house tools and model outputs
Develop deep knowledge of local market nuances to inform pricing
Collaborate with sales and homes teams to ensure fair pricing
Participate in projects to enhance pricing operations
Work with data science and engineering to improve pricing models and tools
Deliver consistent, high-quality valuations in collaboration with local management

Key requirements

Strong analytical or quantitative background in valuation, real estate, or data-driven roles
Detail-oriented with ability to assess valuations accurately
Ability to adapt to technology-driven workflows and proprietary tools
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment
Ability to articulate pricing insights and recommendations clearly
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Curiosity and openness to AI tools in daily workflows
