Responsibilities
- Drive revenue-generating activities and practice group performance
- Lead and motivate direct reports; participate in hiring and talent development
- Communicate effectively across levels; promote collaboration and recognize successes
- Lead customer retention and expansion strategies to build loyalty
- Manage pricing goals and ensure quick recognition of business trends
- Develop and retain staff; attract and source talent; train and coach
- Represent the practice group in client meetings and internal initiatives
- Contribute to business generation and strategic planning at the location
- Manage time, prioritize tasks, and make quality decisions
- Support an inclusive, collaborative team culture
Key requirements
- 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience
- Proven performance in talent manager/director roles
- Demonstrated success in business generation and driving business development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office, databases and other technology systems
