Responsibilities

Provide direction and oversight for operations, clinical care, and regulatory compliance
Develop and maintain a high-performance culture and positive work environment to ensure quality care and patient safety
Plan and coordinate staffing and activities, overseeing process improvement opportunities
Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, care, growth, and alignment with strategic goals
Lead change management and collaborates with facility, market, and system leadership on projects and initiatives
Participate in facility leadership activities, committees, and strategic planning with governance and corporate leaders

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field (required)
Master's degree in health care administration or related field (required)
Seven years of management experience in a healthcare practice or ambulatory clinic setting (required)
Certification recommendations: CMPE (MGMA), ACHE or CPPM (AAPC)
