Envisioned as the central owner of the Transfer Switch product line, you’ll bridge business, technical, and customer perspectives to drive successful development, launch, and ongoing evolution. You’ll shape product positioning, pricing, and strategy while collaborating with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams. Your work directly affects profitability, lifecycle planning, and portfolio optimization in a mission-driven company known for sustainability and inclusion. Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy and lifecycle for the Transfer Switch portfolio
Review pricing, profitability, and opportunities for cost optimization
Lead go-to-market activities with marketing and sales to drive launches and announcements
Incorporate Voice of Sales, Customers, and Services into product decisions
Build business cases for offer adaptations and prioritize initiatives
Develop forecasts and ramp plans for new and End-of-Life offers
Balance offer requirements with business and customer needs
Communicate product vision and competitive updates to stakeholders
Own prioritized initiatives and ensure progress through development
Travel up to 20% for internal/external meetings

Key requirements

5+ years of technical experience in power, controls, or electric distribution
3+ years in product management, product development, applications, sales, or technical marketing
BS in engineering; mechanical or electrical preferred (candidates with strong non-engineering backgrounds considered)
Ability to understand technical concepts around power management, codes, standards, and electrical systems
Understanding of profitability, margins, and cost analysis
Understanding of product positioning, pricing strategies, and channel management
