In this role you will lead a team of Fuel Contract Managers within the Asia Fuel Delivery organization to deliver fuel contract commitments on schedule while pursuing a target business plan for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and orders. You will collaborate with Account Teams, Engineering and Manufacturing to uphold safety, quality and OTIFWC in fuel delivery. You will influence contract extensions, pricing, and product offers, and support planning and negotiations. Based in Columbia, SC with travel across the US and Asia, this role offers meaningful impact in a global energy context.

Responsibilities

Manage a group of Fuel Contract Managers to ensure fuel delivery meets Safety, Quality and OTIFWC standards, coordinating with internal teams.
Lead fuel offer input for hardware-related contract extensions, define contractual changes, work with Product Management on offerings, cost basis and pricing recommendations.
Provide fuel demand input and contractual data to business planning, collaborating with Finance and Global SIOP to set goals.
Ensure cash flow targets by overseeing invoicing processes and delivering on-time, accurate invoices.
Support account teams in contract negotiations and guide the contract execution to standards across the organization.
Support new product development and product feature transitions by identifying customer needs and aligning schedules.
Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure high-quality execution of fuel-related contracts across the team.

Key requirements

Bachelor in Engineering or Business; Master’s preferred
10+ years of related experience; nuclear environment preferred
Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and international units
Proven ability to balance customer demands with product capabilities
Strong negotiation skills to protect Westinghouse interests
