In this role you support and gradually grow into a Project Manager within DNV’s PMO, focusing on technical consultancy projects in the energy transition. You work with Project Managers and engineers to ensure planning, governance and governance transparency, while developing project management skills for broader responsibility. The role offers a clear growth path from PMO to Project Manager within a collaborative consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers on technical and multidisciplinary projects
  • Maintain project planning, documentation and reporting
  • Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and actions
  • Support stakeholder communication with engineers, consultants and clients
  • Contribute to structured and transparent project governance
  • Help improve PMO tools, templates and ways of working
  • Grow into taking ownership of smaller projects or sub-streams
  • Learn to manage scope, planning, budget and quality
  • Gain client-facing experience with TSO and DSO customers
  • Develop leadership skills in a technical consultancy context

Key requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, document control or similar
  • Experience in technical, engineering, consultancy or infrastructure environment
  • Affinity with energy, power systems or energy transition
  • Structured and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, curious and willing to ask questions
  • Desire to develop toward full project management responsibility
