As PMO Manager for the ICT PMO, you oversee project and portfolio management to ensure transparency, governance, and quality across transformation, IT, and business projects. You will build and lead the ICT PMO, set standards, and drive reporting and governance. You will coordinate with Business, IT, Management, and partners, while guiding continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. This role offers international collaboration and a meaningful impact on PALFINGER's ICT delivery.

Responsibilities

Build and manage the ICT PMO, define standards, ensure governance, compliance and reporting
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and decision materials; organize ICT portfolio meetings
Serve as central interface between Business, IT, Management and partners; collaborate with project managers and functional leads
Develop best practices, enhance PM tools and methodologies; support transformation and change initiatives
Drive transparency and alignment across projects; ensure consistent standards and effective decision-making

Key requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT and/or SAP projects in corporate or similar environments with proven PMO/portfolio/program management background
Strong knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods and tools (PPM, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira); SAP Activate is a plus
Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Infor LN, or similar
Experience leading international teams and managing external partners; structured, solution-oriented approach with strong communication and teamwork
Fluent in English
