Senior Specialist / Project Manager
Experteer Overview
In this role, you will drive product and process quality to meet customer requirements and minimize impact on production lines. You will collaborate with customers on quality issues and lead root-cause and containment actions. The position works across functions on PFMEA, control plans, and PPAP activities while ensuring a robust QMS. You will support ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001 initiatives and act as a primary contact for select customers. The role emphasizes structured problem solving, data-driven decisions, and timely quality improvements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure product compliance with customer requirements
- Interface with customers on manufacturing quality issues
- Participate in drawing reviews and early product planning
- Participate in cross-functional PFMEA and control plan development
- Implement AIAG PPAP activities and customer part approval process
- Evaluate data, set control levels, and maintain SPC charts
- Provide feedback on customer quality information to manufacturing
- Coordinate quick countermeasure activities and address in-process problems
- Serve as main point of contact for specified sections or customers
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of PPAP documentation and processes
- Evaluate returned products and report findings
- Prepare management review materials (Monthly & QR)
- Issue and drive corrective action requests and verify countermeasures
- Lead internal process audits to ensure QMS robustness and perform defect analysis
- Support Hoshin Kanri activities and regulatory initiatives
- Assist in achieving ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001 registrations
- Adhere to safety and security standards and perform other related tasks as needed

- Bachelor-level education or equivalent manufacturing experience
- Experience with PPAP and root-cause analysis (beneficial)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) (beneficial)
