As Plant Manager, you will lead the Mogadore facility to deliver safety, EBITDA, and quality goals through manufacturing excellence. You guide multi-disciplinary teams across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to execute strategic KPIs aligned with corporate goals. You will drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and capital planning while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture. This role offers impact by shaping operations, improving value streams, and delivering OTIF results at scale.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute long-term site strategy with department KPIs
- Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and PEAK methodologies
- Oversee daily production to meet OTIF and quality targets
- Own plant P&L and budget adherence
- Lead cost control, labor/waste reductions, and productivity projects
- Identify CapEx needs and justify equipment upgrades
- Plan and optimize direct/indirect staffing across shifts
- Coach and develop a cross-functional leadership team
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture and professional conduct
- Ensure EHS compliance and proactively manage safety risks
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of managerial experience leading large cross-functional teams
- Advanced labor planning and labor spend analysis
- Strong leadership with staff development skills
- Intermediate financial modeling and budget management
- Experience with Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and DMAIC
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives
