Responsibilities
- Design and simulation of InP-based active photonic components
- Develop and support heterogeneous integration processes with other PIC platforms
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in packaging, testing, and system integration
- Interface with foundries and academic/industry partners for co-development and fabrication
Key requirements
- Solid background in InP optoelectronic device physics and design
- Hands-on experience with heterogeneous integration (e.g., InP-on-Si platforms)
- Proficiency in simulation and design tools (Lumerical, COMSOL, Synopsys)
- Familiarity with PIC development ecosystem and foundry-based processes
