In this role you will lead Physical AI initiatives at manufacturing and supply chain clients, shaping advisory engagements and driving end-to-end AI-powered transformation. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technology into measurable operations improvements, including PoCs, pilots, and scalable programs. You’ll work with ecosystem partners to turn platforms into practical architectures and deliver tangible business value. This is a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic, technology-forward consulting environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Physical AI strategy and advisory for manufacturing and supply chain clients; identify high-value use cases and translate into roadmaps and business cases
Own end-to-end architecture spanning sensors, vision, data pipelines, model development, simulation, edge deployment, and operations (MLOps/ModelOps)
Drive PoCs and pilots with clear experiments, data plans, synthetic data approaches, metrics, and scale plans
Integrate AI with real-world constraints like latency, safety, OT/IT connectivity, cybersecurity, and human-in-the-loop workflows
Collaborate with alliances and product teams to translate partner platforms into client-ready reference architectures and demos
Support scoping, estimating, staffing, risk framing, and executive storytelling in pursuits and proposals; serve as technical authority in workshops
Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams across data science, ML engineering, software/edge, vision, robotics, and manufacturing experts
Travel to client sites and adapt to factory, warehouse, and conference room environments

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of relevant experience including client leadership and business development involvement
Experience in at least two domains: computer vision in industrial settings; robotics and autonomy; simulation/digital twins; synthetic data; edge AI deployment; manufacturing/supply chain domain knowledge
Travel up to 50%
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
