In this role you own the Pharma Services category, guiding growth, profitability, and innovation. You will lead a Key Account Management team and collaborate across the business to deliver value to manufacturer clients and downstream customers. You shape strategic opportunities, drive digital and marketing trade initiatives, and ensure a simple, impactful proposition. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable revenue and KPI targets while exploring new revenue streams. This is a high-impact role at a company focused on pharma services excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Senior KAMs, KAMs, and Key Account Executives
- Plan and execute trade strategies to deliver year-on-year growth
- Shape long-term opportunities and deputise for the Director when required
- Build strong relationships with manufacturer clients to be their first choice
- Simplify implementation through digital solutions and impactful marketing trade plans
- Deliver against revenue, EBIT, and KPI targets and identify new revenue streams
Key requirements
- 5 years+ of managing a Key Account Team
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across levels (CEO to store staff)
- Strategic thinker with analytical and commercial judgment
- Proven ability to manage complex B2B relationships and drive change through others
