As a Personal Training Sales Director, you drive revenue by selling personal training programming and leading the PT team. You collaborate with the General Manager to elevate frontline training and appointment setting while building a strong PT presence in clubs. You will manage staff development, talent acquisition, and client engagement to maximise bookings and member participation. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced fitness environment. Your impact lies in growing PT revenue, enhancing service quality, and shaping the club’s fitness programming.

Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by meeting monthly PT revenue goals
- Lead department best practices for personal trainers and clients
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach the personal training staff
- Schedule and align trainers’ availability, book sessions, and fill calendars
- Monitor and render daily training sessions and weekly payroll
- Oversee bad debt and payment cancellations
- Talent acquisition for trainers and promote trainer bios for the website
- Promote PT programs to new and existing members; conduct daily member outreach
- Coordinate with General Manager on staff training and appointment targets
- Provide superior customer service and maintain clear communication with staff
Key requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Experience managing and growing a personal training client base
- Ability to drive sales personally and with staff support
- Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Current national personal training certification
- Computer literacy
