In this role you will drive revenue growth by connecting Retail Agents with national markets and delivering underwriting solutions through strong carrier relationships. You will work with cross-functional partners to educate about Gallagher’s risk solutions and lead or support a team when needed. Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business with Retail Agents and Carrier Underwriters
Market and sell wholesale insurance solutions to meet production goals
Build relationships with Specialty Carriers for competitive pricing and access
Pre-qualify submissions and follow carrier guidelines
Analyze submissions to select best carrier, coverage, forms and premium
Gather client risk information and identify additional exposure areas
Stay ahead of industry trends affecting underwriting guidelines and pricing
Educate partners on Gallagher's full range of risk solutions
Lead, train, and oversee support team when assigned
Travel to engage with clients and carriers

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of related experience
Personal Lines Experience
Home state P&C license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Sales experience in insurance or related field preferred

Proven business development and relationship management skills Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication Proactive, goal-driven mindset with urgency to achieve production targets Ability to leverage data and tools to craft comprehensive insurance solutions High responsiveness and commitment to client needs Microsoft Office
