Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations of personal injury claims
- Evaluate case merits and provide legal advice to clients
- Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints and motions
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Represent clients in court during trials and hearings
- Maintain case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures
- Stay updated on laws and regulations related to personal injury cases
- Proven track record of successful case outcomes
Key requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active state bar license to practice law in WA
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in personal injury law
- Strong knowledge of prelitigation processes and litigation procedures
