You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings and briefs, and manage case files while negotiating settlements. Licensed to practice in AZ and CA, you contribute to trial preparation and courtroom advocacy. This role offers a competitive base plus a share of collected fees within a dedicated litigation team.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Review and analyze evidence and legal documents
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Manage case files and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff

Key requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law Arizona and California
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
Personal Injury experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Trial experience is a plus
