In this role you drive paid social campaigns for international markets, focusing on efficiency and scalable growth. You work within the International Marketing team to optimize social and programmatic activities, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders across 30+ markets. You’ll leverage data to inform decisions, test ideas, and improve campaign performance, with a clear impact on fan reach and ROI. This position offers exposure to a global live-entertainment brand and opportunities to shape best practices in performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across EMEA, APAC & LATAM
  • Advance campaign automation for smarter, more effective campaigns
  • Support programmatic campaign execution (banner and video) across 30+ markets
  • Leverage AI to enhance performance, reporting, testing roadmap, and optimization opportunities
  • Own weekly programmatic reports against commercial objectives; contribute to monthly/quarterly stakeholder updates
  • Perform hygiene checks and account maintenance to protect performance
  • Drive a rigorous testing/optimisation culture and identify incremental opportunities
  • Monitor competitor and industry trends to inform investment and channel strategies

Key requirements

  • Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager or TikTok Business Manager
  • Experience using product feeds to automate paid social campaigns
  • Experience managing medium to large paid media budgets with data-driven ROI improvements
  • Strong project management and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical ability with large data sets (Google Analytics, Excel, DOMO)
  • Creative thinking with history of adopting new ideas and approaches within a team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Programmatic tools (Campaign Manager and DV360 or The Trade Desk) or Google Display Network / YouTube campaigns
  • Experience in ecommerce or industries with large inventory
  • Meta Certification (a plus)
