In this role you will elevate client people analytics capabilities, turning strategy and data into actionable insights across work, workforce, and workplace topics. You will partner with a cross-functional team to design dashboards, build models, and chart roadmaps that scale analytics across organizations. You’ll tackle current-state assessments, develop analytics visions, and deploy data-driven solutions using HCM and BI platforms. This is a chance to shape how clients make decisions with measurable people insights.

Responsibilities

Conduct current state assessments of People Analytics maturity and distill key themes
Develop client analytics vision, strategy, operating model, and roadmap for scaling analytics
Design, build, test, and deploy dashboards, visualizations, and predictive models using HCM/BI platforms
Perform end-to-end analytics—from data cleansing to visualization and storytelling
Analyze client data across HR/People Analytics domains using quantitative and qualitative methods
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams across geographies
Create data visualizations that highlight insights to inform workforce decisions

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree
4+ years of hands-on consulting or equivalent role involving analytics
4+ years of data engineering (profiling, cleansing, normalization, manipulation) and data analysis with SQL, R, Python
4+ years of experience with Data Warehouses/Data Lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
4+ years of reporting/dashboarding in BI tools (Visier, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik)
Ability to travel 25-50%
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
