In this role you help clients mature their people analytics by turning data into actionable insights across work, workforce and workplace topics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design strategy, operating models and roadmaps for scalable People Analytics. You’ll build dashboards, models and data pipelines to illuminate HR decisions, with a focus on business impact and data-driven decision making. This is a chance to influence HR technology and analytics at scale within a global firm.

Responsibilities

Assess client People Analytics maturity and synthesize discovery findings
Lead development of analytics vision, strategy, and operating model
Design, build, test and deploy analytics dashboards and predictive models
Perform end-to-end analytics workflow: data cleansing, wrangling, modeling and visualization
Analyze HR data across focus areas to extract insights and inform decisions
Define client business questions through interviews and thematic synthesis
Collaborate with diverse teams across geographies
Develop visualizations to highlight key insights for decision making

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree
4+ years in consulting or equivalent analytics-focused role
4+ years data engineering and data analysis with SQL, R, Python
4+ years experience with Data Warehouses/Data Lakes (Snowflake, Databricks)
4+ years developing reporting and dashboards in BI tools (Visier, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik or similar)
Ability to travel 25-50%
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
