In this role you will lead Appian’s strategic partnership with Indra, guiding executive alignment, joint GTM, and scalable co-sell motions to accelerate growth in Iberia and LATAM. You will own the Indra relationship globally, shaping joint strategy and delivery excellence across regions. Expect high-impact collaboration with cross-functional teams to build joint offerings and a multi-year plan that positions Appian as a strategic platform within Indra’s portfolio. This is a senior, executive-facing opportunity at a fast-moving, industry-leading company.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the global strategic relationship with Indra, acting as Appian's executive partner to Indra's senior leadership
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue growth, with emphasis on Iberia and LATAM
- Orchestrate alignment between Appian's field sales leadership and Indra's account, delivery, and executive teams
- Lead joint account planning, opportunity planning, and disciplined co-selling motions across priority accounts
- Incubate, launch, and scale joint offerings, including industry solutions, managed services, and BPO-led propositions built on Appian
- Build and scale Indra's Appian delivery capability, ensuring strong practices, certifications, and repeatable delivery excellence
- Develop and execute a multi-year GTM strategy that positions Appian as a strategic platform within Indra's portfolio
- Evangelize Appian's value proposition within Indra to build sustained executive mindshare and long-term commitment
- Serve as a trusted advisor internally, providing insight into Indra's strategy, operating model, and regional priorities
Key requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, strategic alliances, or GSI leadership roles
- Deep experience working with Indra and understanding their organization, culture, and regional dynamics
- Proven track record of building revenue-generating GSI partnerships and scaling across regions
- Experience co-creating and commercializing joint solutions with systems integrators
- Strong understanding of Business Process Automation, enterprise platforms, and value-based solution selling
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments and long sales cycles
- Exceptional Spanish and English communication skills with executive-level presence
- Highly driven, strategic mindset, operational discipline, and collaborative approach
- Based in Madrid, willing to travel across Iberia, LATAM, and globally as required
