You will support financial decision-making and performance in a leading UK charity. In a collaborative team, you’ll deliver management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and insightful financial analysis. You will partner with budget holders to strengthen financial management and identify trends and risks. This role offers remote flexibility and the chance to grow in a mission-driven finance function.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
Budgeting and forecasting
Deliver financial analysis and modelling
Partner with budget holders to support financial management
Identify trends, risks and opportunities for strategic decision-making
Build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation

Key requirements

Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA, ideally in later stages of studies
Strong budgeting, forecasting and management accounting experience
Proven analytical and financial modelling skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proactive, commercially aware and keen to develop in a business partnering role
