In this role you will drive programmatic media strategies for global clients, overseeing campaign activation, optimization, and reporting. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align paid media with client objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to improve ROI. You will mentor teammates, develop best practices, and help grow PGD’s programmatic capabilities on a global scale. Responsibilities

  • Lead development and implementation of programmatic media strategies and direct-to-publisher activities using data-driven decisions
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution: planning, documentation, assets, and launch requirements
  • Coordinate with publishers to set up deals and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Proactively identify client growth opportunities and drive actions to realize them
  • Assist in programmatic and digital media training sessions
  • Oversee programmatic best practices development, rollout, and adherence
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional service
  • Provide client recommendations and optimization strategies aligned with objectives
  • Responsible for campaign optimizations and QA processes

Key requirements

  • English Level B2 or above
  • Advanced expertise in one or more Programmatic DSPs (DV360, TTD, Yahoo, Verizon, Xandr, Amazon, Teads, Amobee)
  • Strong communication and result-oriented mindset
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience in digital branding or performance campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic platforms and media landscape
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Strong teamwork and client-orientation
  • Experience with reporting tools (Data Studio, Supermetrics, Power BI, Datorama)
  • Experience managing ad serving tools (GCM, Sizmek) and verifications (IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify)
