In this role, you will own the Spanish SEA strategy to drive high-quality leads and contribute to papernest’s growth across Spain. You’ll manage a key acquisition channel within a global, fast-growing scale-up, collaborating with Operations and Product teams to optimize the funnel. You’ll test campaigns, bid strategies, and landing-page tracking to improve conversion and profitability. You will work with cross-functional teams in an international, inclusive environment to shape our growth in the Spanish market.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute SEA strategy for the Spanish market with ROI-focused optimization
- Manage and optimize SEA accounts responsible for a large share of users per country
- Test new campaigns, features, and bidding strategies to boost conversions
- Own landing-page content, tracking, and a data-driven test & learn approach
- Monitor profitability and KPIs; perform deep-dive analyses of campaigns and tests
- Benchmark competitors and industry practices to identify best approaches
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and growth
Key requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus
- Business or engineering school background
- First experience in Digital Marketing or Consulting; SEO/PPC experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills; Excel proficiency; SQL a plus
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
