In this leadership role you will guide all squash programming at Ox Ridge, with a strong emphasis on growing the junior program and sustaining adult clinics and leagues. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver engaging events, manage facilities and the pro shop, and foster member relationships. Responsibilities

Plan and execute all squash programming and calendars (clinics, lessons, ladders, tournaments, camps, events)
Provide coaching to adult and junior players across skill levels
Lead player recruitment and membership growth initiatives
Operate and manage the squash pro shop (merchandise, inventory, restringing/repairs)
Oversee third‑party use of courts (schools, leagues)
Lead squash communications with members and partner with Club management
Maintain friendly, professional relationships with members and staff

Key requirements

Minimum five years coaching squash at all levels
Coaching qualifications and/or professional international playing experience preferred
Knowledge or experience with hardball doubles preferred
Ability to coach players of varying ages and abilities
Highly organized with scheduling and administrative capabilities
Strong communication, customer service, and collaborative mindset
Valid US work visa
Availability to start summer ahead of 2026 fall season
