Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processing for accuracy and compliance
- Advise clients on general accounting and financial matters
- Manage employee expense reimbursement processes
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication
- Lead client meetings to present monthly financial reports
- Perform month-end close and review financial statements
- Reconcile accounts to ensure record accuracy
- Prepare and review journal entries to maintain general ledger integrity
Key requirements
- Minimum five years in a CPA firm managing multiple client accounts
- Proficiency with month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Strong general ledger management and account reconciliation
- Experience handling payroll and expense reimbursements
- Effective client interaction and financial inquiry handling
- CPA certification or progress toward it is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with financial software and tools
