Responsibilities

Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts in data, automation, and Generative AI contexts
Lead and design enterprise change programs that adapt to evolving ways of working and skills
Define and enable GenAI usage across organizations with readiness, governance, and accountability
Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change
Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling new operating models where humans and digital tools collaborate
Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys and learning assets
Utilize GenAI to accelerate engagement content and manager enablement while ensuring quality and tone
Build lasting, scalable change capabilities for continuous adaptation
Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships
Willingness to travel as needed to support clients

Key requirements

Minimum 5 years of consulting experience
Minimum 3 years of Organization Change Management experience
Minimum 2 years in tech-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
Minimum 2 years of Utilities industry experience
Experience with GenAI-enabled analytics, communications generation, and learning enablement is a plus
