As a seasoned change leader, you guide organizations through large-scale reinvention, leveraging technology, automation and Gen AI to enable future-ready work. You work with cross-functional teams to design and embed continuous change capabilities, using data to assess readiness and adoption. You apply human-centered design to craft personalized change journeys and employ best-practice methods to drive agile change. This role offers the chance to shape how clients transform and to contribute to a resilient, high-performing organization.
Responsibilities
- Support clients through reinvention, reimagining work and workforce enabled by technology, automation and Gen AI
- Lead change teams within large-scale programs, embedding continuous change practices
- Use data-driven insights to measure change readiness, adoption and organizational sentiment
- Design agile change strategies to shift culture and ways of working for the future
- Apply human-centered design to co-create change solutions and personalized journeys
- Utilize organizational change analytics, data visualization and behavioral science practices
- Employ agile change management methods and digital engagement tools
- Help clients build lasting agile change capabilities and organizational resiliency
- Support business development, proposals and client relationship building
- Contribute to market research, thought leadership, capability development and knowledge management
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years as a consulting practitioner
- Minimum 3 years of Change Management experience
- Minimum 2 years in Software & Platforms industry
- Bonus: 5+ years as a consultant on Software & Platforms clients
- Bonus: 5+ years in 3+ areas: Change Analytics, Change Tracking, Change Management, Design Thinking, Change Capability Development, Agile Change Management
