Responsibilities

Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, shaping work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences amid data, automation, and GenAI
Lead and design enterprise change programs to sustain transformation as roles and skills evolve with technology
Partner with clients to define GenAI usage across the organization, addressing readiness, skills shifts, and governance
Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and inform decisions
Design agile, future-ready change strategies and operating models where humans and digital tools collaborate
Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys using digital/AI-enabled approaches
Leverage GenAI to accelerate change delivery (engagement content, learning assets, manager enablement) while ensuring quality and impact
Help clients build scalable change capabilities for ongoing adaptation as technologies evolve
Contribute to business development through proposals, storytelling, and client relationships
Willingness to travel as needed

Key requirements

Five years of consulting practitioner experience
At least three years in Organization Change Management
Minimum two years in technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
Minimum two years in Banking or Capital Markets industry experience
