Experteer Overview
As Lead OneStream Developer, you will own the maintenance and extension of LiveRamp’s OneStream estate within the Business Technology team. You’ll translate business requirements into scalable OneStream solutions, manage data integrations, and secure access controls while aligning with FP&A objectives. You’ll work in an agile setting to deliver automated improvements and mentor peers on best practices. This role offers impact through optimizing finance systems, data models, and reporting to support a fast-growing, privacy‑savvy organization.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and extend OneStream functionality aligned with financial objectives
- Gather requirements and design end-to-end OneStream solutions
- Develop and maintain business rules, calculations, and data integrations
- Provide ongoing support and debugging for OneStream applications
- Analyze data flows, mappings, and data models; conduct data profiling
- Manage user access and security settings
- Assist business users with report and dashboard creation
- Oversee data integration between OneStream and other financial systems
- Deliver work in agile sprints, including backlog management and estimation
Key requirements
- Expert in designing and implementing OneStream functionality
- Strong analytical ability to derive insights from large data sets
- Experience in OneStream customizations and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in SQL, VB.NET, or C#
- 10+ years of experience bridging business and technology to design software solutions
- Experience with EPM tools design and configuration
- Facilitation of user acceptance testing and feature release decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; high integrity and confidentiality
