Experteer Overview
In this role you design, develop, and maintain enterprise OnBase workflows to support health plan operations and document management. You collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant lifecycle management and optimize processes across departments. You will implement automation, integrations, and governance to scale OnBase usage, acting as a SME and mentor. The opportunity combines hands-on OnBase work with cross-functional impact in a mission-driven public health context.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex OnBase workflows using OnBase Studio to meet business needs
- Create and manage OnBase document types, keywords, and Auto Fill Keysets (AFKS)
- Define platform standards, governance, and best practices for OnBase use
- Administer user groups, roles, and permissions within OnBase
- Develop Unity Forms, validations, and document import forms
- Create scheduled jobs for DIP and AFKS data loads
- Develop Unity scripts in C#.NET and integrate OnBase with REST APIs
- Lead configuration of Smart Capture, Hot Keys, and App Enabler for automation
- Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements and drive workflow improvements
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for OnBase systems
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across development
- Offer training, mentorship, and process improvement recommendations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science or Related Field
- At least 5 years of OnBase development, workflow design, and administration experience
- Experience integrating OnBase with external applications via APIs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Advanced C#.NET scripting and automation skills
- Experience with OnBase security and governance practices
