Responsibilities

Supervise and develop the Market Development Representatives to expand brand presence and distribution
Inspire the team to meet and exceed sales objectives
Design and implement marketing programs for distribution, activations, displays, and promotions
Plan field visits and manage priority accounts to ensure consistent coverage
Define and track KPIs to measure team performance and impact
Coordinate territory strategy and execution across channels and states (regulatory variations may apply)

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG)
Proven leadership experience managing people
Demonstrated use of sales data analytics and tools to drive results
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned district (up to 50% overnights)
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Ability to reside in or near the district and cover ordinary business expenses
Must be able to obtain a relevant solicitor’s permit in any state
