In this role you will lead omnichannel shopper marketing across the US for core Reckitt brands, shaping end-to-end activation strategy with major retailers. You will manage budgets, develop a high-performing team, and act as the senior contact for key customers and cross-functional partners. Responsibilities

  • Lead omnichannel and shopper marketing programs from planning to execution and post campaign analysis
  • Develop and execute major retail events (online and in store) to drive traffic and conversion
  • Translate brand priorities into retailer activation strategies and ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints
  • Manage end-to-end activation budgets by customer and brand with ROI-focused decisions
  • Act as a senior customer-facing leader on omnichannel activation
  • Define team priorities and lead flawless execution of activation plans and promotional moments
  • Build and develop a high-performing omnichannel activation team and drive capability development
  • Own digital shelf performance across priority retailers and influence online-first pack development

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (required); MBA preferred
  • 10-12+ years in Shopper Marketing & Omnichannel with strong US ecommerce experience
  • Strong CPG leadership with full P&L oversight
  • Expertise in digital shelf management, retail media, content optimization, price pack architecture, and ecommerce technologies
  • Data-driven with strong commercial judgment and investment prioritization
  • Senior customer-facing experience with strong negotiation ability
  • High curiosity and energy for elevating ecommerce and omnichannel performance
  • Strong project management and experience managing agencies/third party partners
  • Bias for action with test-and-learn mindset; comfortable with A/B testing and analytics
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the US
