Responsibilities
- Lead omnichannel and shopper marketing programs from planning to execution and post campaign analysis
- Develop and execute major retail events (online and in store) to drive traffic and conversion
- Translate brand priorities into retailer activation strategies and ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints
- Manage end-to-end activation budgets by customer and brand with ROI-focused decisions
- Act as a senior customer-facing leader on omnichannel activation
- Define team priorities and lead flawless execution of activation plans and promotional moments
- Build and develop a high-performing omnichannel activation team and drive capability development
- Own digital shelf performance across priority retailers and influence online-first pack development
Key requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (required); MBA preferred
- 10-12+ years in Shopper Marketing & Omnichannel with strong US ecommerce experience
- Strong CPG leadership with full P&L oversight
- Expertise in digital shelf management, retail media, content optimization, price pack architecture, and ecommerce technologies
- Data-driven with strong commercial judgment and investment prioritization
- Senior customer-facing experience with strong negotiation ability
- High curiosity and energy for elevating ecommerce and omnichannel performance
- Strong project management and experience managing agencies/third party partners
- Bias for action with test-and-learn mindset; comfortable with A/B testing and analytics
- Ability to travel up to 30% within the US
