Responsibilities

Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and identify key aspects
Plan and execute analyses and craft core insights for recommendations
Collaborate with clients and project teams to move projects forward
Direct small teams to deliver high-quality work
Provide unique subject-area insights to clients and colleagues

Key requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or industry strategy/inhouse consulting background
Strong analytical and synthesis skills with ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses
Excellent written and verbal communication in formal and informal settings
English fluency plus French or Dutch
Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
Willingness to travel
Initiative and willingness to learn new skills and apply them
Creativity and ability to generate novel ideas to solve client problems
Aptitude for analytical work and ability to identify key issues in complex challenges
Collaborative and respectful team player
