In this role you will help grow Accenture's SC&O Planning practice around the o9 platform, shaping integrated demand and supply planning solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures that align with standards and foster value delivery. You’ll lead design workshops, mapping data models, and defining integration strategies to enable resilient, end-to-end planning. This is a client-facing role at scale, blending domain expertise with technical leadership to drive transformation. You’ll work in a global, collaborative environment that values innovation and impact.

Responsibilities

Create architecture and design documents for o9 in Demand Planning, Supply Planning and IBP
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise standards
Lead functional and technical design workshops for Demand Planning, Supply Planning and IBP
Develop custom design specs for configuration gaps
Design integration strategies between systems, applications and data sources
Create functional and solution designs for Demand Planning, Supply Planning and IBP
Define data mapping needs for demand planning in o9 reference models
Develop POVs on solution options to drive key design decisions
Develop testing strategy and scenarios
Identify risks in solution design and propose mitigations
Quality check on solution and test results

Key requirements

Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning
Experience in o9 Solutions or related planning implementations with fit/gap analysis
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

excellent communication (written and oral)leadership and management problem-solving and analytical thinking o9 Solutions or Kinaxis (advanced knowledge/Expertise)Forecasting and Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, S&OP/Control Tower functional integration with major ERP
