Experteer Overview

In this role you will help plan and enable network capacity across AWS data centers, coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and program teams. You’ll design scalable layouts, validate technical requirements, and manage end-to-end network deployment projects to support rapid data-center expansion. You will work autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to drive stability and scalable growth of AWS networks.

Responsibilities

Contribute to 6–8 month network implementation roadmaps aligned with DC expansion targets
Create and optimize network layout and rack placement for space utilization
Review High-Level Design documents and validate requirements with engineering
Develop capacity planning models to ensure infrastructure scalability
Create standardized planning templates and methodologies for network implementations
Lead end-to-end project planning for concurrent initiatives
Maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and dependencies
Manage project scope and quality; assess risks and mitigation strategies
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on deliverables
Track and report weekly project progress to stakeholders
Develop inventory forecasts and coordinate procurement timelines
Manage vendor relationships and delivery schedules
Establish and maintain project management frameworks and reporting standards
Drive continuous improvement in planning methodologies
Coordinate with regional teams for standardized planning approaches and lessons learned

Key requirements

1+ years of computer networking experience
Experience in computer networking
Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
Knowledge of network design, protocols and troubleshooting
