In this role you own the Nordic ED2C business for L'Oréal Luxe, shaping a 3-year growth plan and driving profitable online growth. You will collaborate with Brand, Media, Finance and Zone teams to deliver a seamless, engaging online experience and data-driven decisions. This is an opportunity to impact luxury beauty e-commerce at scale, partnering with cross-functional teams to boost traffic, optimize the customer journey, and grow CLTV.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the ED2C strategy for growth and profitability, including P&L management
Drive sales and traffic through a dynamic e-business animation plan (search, paid media, CRM)
Analyze ED2C data and customer insights to increase CLTV and inform decisions
Enhance online consumer experience with content, services and functionalities
Collaborate with brand, media, finance and zone teams to ensure flawless execution of initiatives

Key requirements

Master's degree in relevant field
Fluency in English
Experience building and executing e-commerce or ED2C strategies
Strong plus: Google Analytics (GA4) experience
Proven ability to manage an e-commerce P&L and drive business performance
Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and steer decisions
Expertise in CRM and using first-party data to acquire and retain customers
Deep understanding of the online consumer journey and engagement techniques
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
