You own the full sales process from outreach to close and smooth transition to account management for ongoing value delivery. You will build and manage a high-quality pipeline to meet sales KPIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your work helps Gartner expand globally by converting prospects into trusted clients and delivering measurable value.

Responsibilities

  • Seek and develop new business opportunities with Large Enterprise prospects across territory
  • Own the full sales conversation and negotiation from prospecting to closure
  • Maintain and forecast a healthy pipeline to meet KPIs
  • Transition new clients to account management for ongoing value
  • Collaborate to align insights, guidance, and practical tools for client value
  • Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse environments
  • Own monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting and account planning

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible environments
  • Experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives
  • Experience selling to HR decisionmakers
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to manage and forecast a complex sale process
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to travel
  • Bachelor's degree (desired)
