In this role, you will support SAP, SCI, and SAP activities within a secure Windows-based environment. You will install, maintain, and audit IT infrastructure, ensuring secure data handling and recovery. You work closely with customers and IT staff to resolve issues and enable operational tests. You’ll contribute to planning, configuration changes, backups, and documentation in a high-security setting with cross-domain considerations.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, audit and support a secure MS Windows network environment and limited web/data application service
Maintain internet applications and protocols (IP, TCP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SSL)
Manage file servers, Firewalls, network access, Security Monitoring Systems and documentation
Interface with local customers and provide IT support to quickly resolve problems
Analyze and troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimum performance
Perform periodic maintenance, hardware upgrades, firmware updates and configuration changes
Perform scheduled tape backups and manage data backup library (tapes, disks, off-site storage)
Attend planning/requirements meetings with IT staff, Program Managers and customers
Prepare systems for operational use and support operational tests
Provide technical guidance
Travel as required within AOR and engage with DOD/military and industry partners

Key requirements

3+ years related experience
SAP experience required
US Citizenship
TS/SCI clearance and willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, etc.)
Thorough knowledge of Windows Server versions, Exchange, and Windows OS administration
Working knowledge of CISCO networking, LAN/WAN and virtualization
Knowledge of Risk Management Framework and System Security Policy
Experience with PL1/PL2; cross-domain solutions is a plus
Ability to work in dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
Travel readiness 10-25%
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
