Responsibilities
- Lead and manage staff in line with policies and regulations, including performance appraisals and development
- Oversee HR-related decisions with HR and other departments
- Direct recruitment for Medical Sales staff and contribute to onboarding and training programs
- Ensure staff have resources, access, and training to perform duties, and mentor managers
- Deliver Sales and Health Management Services projects with profitability and milestone delivery
- Maintain overall financial accountability for projects and report on revenue and profitability
- Manage customer interfaces to ensure loyalty and align with customer needs
- Develop long-term customer relationships and support business development to expand client base
- Create and monitor account plans, pricing, and contracts; provide accurate forecasts
- Develop and roll out new service offerings and set call quality standards
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and explore opportunities for business improvement
- Ensure adverse event reporting in line with guidelines
- Maintain professionalism and comply with the Pharmaceutical Industry Code of Practice
Key requirements
- University degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, etc.)
- Commercial healthcare experience (minimum 3 years)
- Minimum three years of healthcare team management experience
- High level of English (C1)
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel frequently
