Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and evaluate staff performance and development; enforce policies and regulatory compliance
- Lead hiring and onboarding processes for Medical Sales staff with HR and Learning & Development
- Ensure staff have tools, access, and training to perform duties; mentor managers
- Deliver Health Management Services projects with profitability and milestone adherence
- Own project financial performance and provide revenue/profitability feedback
- Manage customer interface to sustain profitable business and loyalty; act as voice of the customer
- Develop long-term relationships with assigned clients to enhance loyalty
- Support Business Development to strengthen client relationships and generate new opportunities
- Create and monitor Account/Customer plans; adjust pricing and contracts as needed
- Provide accurate forecasts for new business and existing contracts/projects
- Develop and deploy new service offerings and capabilities
- Establish and uphold call quality standards within the team
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and continuous business improvement
- Ensure adverse events reporting per process and guidelines
- Maintain professional standards aligned with the Pharmaceutical Industry's Code of Practice
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements
- University degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, etc.)
- Commercial healthcare experience (minimum 3 years)
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience in healthcare
- High level of English (C1)
- Fluency with MS Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel frequently
