In this role you help launch and grow the Princeton Review Media Network, a new multimedia platform focusing on education, college admissions, and student success. You will collaborate with editorial, brand, and content leaders to produce compelling podcasts, video content, and live events, while managing production workflows. You will contribute to audience growth across YouTube, podcasts, social channels, and digital publishing platforms. This is an opportunity to build a national media platform from the ground up, using your storytelling and project-management skills to shape engaging content at scale.

Responsibilities

Coordinate guest outreach, scheduling, and booking for podcasts and video productions
Prepare guest briefing materials, episode research, and production documentation
Edit and produce short- and long-form video content for YouTube, social media, and digital platforms
Manage production calendars, timelines, and project workflows
Coordinate recording logistics and asset management
Maintain organized production files and digital assets
Publish and distribute content across multiple platforms
Create promotional clips and repurpose content for various channels
Support audience growth, community engagement, and platform optimization
Research prospective guests and topics; monitor trends in podcasting and digital storytelling

Key requirements

Experience or strong interest in podcasting, video production, journalism, digital media, communications, marketing, or higher education
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proactive, independent worker who collaborates across teams
Experience editing video content for YouTube, social media, or other digital platforms
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro and After Effects)
Familiarity with podcast production workflows, RSS feeds, publishing platforms, and content distribution tools
Preferred: Riverside, Descript, Adobe Audition, Canva, Zoom, YouTube Studio, Spotify for Creators, Libsyn or similar
