In this role you will lead WHS programs across multiple sites within AGLI, translating regulatory requirements into practical safety systems. You will partner with site leaders and the Global WHS team to drive compliance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will design and execute safety strategies that scale across Spain, UK, Italy and Japan, shaping a proactive safety culture. You will communicate clearly to diverse teams and support field operations with hands-on safety program leadership and coaching. This is an opportunity to influence safety performance at scale and contribute to Amazon’s global EH&S goals.

Responsibilities

Maintain baseline governance and risk assessments owned by site leaders
Provide guidance to leadership to deliver a lean, adaptable EHS program
Collaborate with site leaders to ensure safety requirements are executed and data tracked
Ensure Ops teams operate the safety toolkit to meet minimum standards and verify compliance
Coach site-based safety personnel and support incident assessment and root cause analysis
Coordinate with HR for Austin recordkeeping and EU country legal requirements and OSHA reporting
Ensure occupational health support is provided per country needs
Create and deliver regulatory training to site leadership
Support sites in building a safety culture through toolkit deployment
Assess impact of new processes on safety and environment with EU/NA teams
Work with partners (e.g., EAP) on environmental requirements and execution tracking
Assess EU operations for Amazon and local EHS compliance and report findings

Key requirements

Degree-level education and Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (and specialisations in Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía y Psicosociología aplicada)
Bachelor-equivalent or EQF-aligned qualification
Experience complying with local Health and Safety legislation
Advanced English and Spanish proficiency
