Responsibilities

Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing
Analyse and implement changes to keep quality and productivity high
Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity and increase quality of service
Analyse shift performance against business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence
Collaborate with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices
Own and drive process improvements and uphold shift performance standards
Role model and mentor to new managers

Key requirements

A degree
Relevant experience in people management
Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders including peers and leadership
Experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
