In this role you lead the commercial banking relationships for Mid-Corporate clients, overseeing a team of relationship managers. You drive revenue growth through net interest and fee income while safeguarding credit quality and managing risk across transactions. You will coach and develop staff, shape the sales process, and represent the bank in external engagements. This position offers strategic impact by building a scalable corporate banking capability and delivering disciplined lending outcomes.
Compensation / Benefits

- full-time position
- pay range: $221,300.00 - $368,900.00 annually

Responsibilities
- Grow net interest and fee income for the team
- Oversee credit quality and monitor deteriorating credits and trends
- Negotiate, structure and approve loans within lending limits
- Provide staff development, training, and coaching to RMs
- Manage the sales process and drive relationship growth
- Represent the bank in civic and community activities
- Exercise managerial authority over staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations
- Overall responsibility for risk management, staff development, and sales management of the team
- Supervise a staff of relationship managers
Key requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or four years relevant experience
- Ten years of commercial lending experience
- Previous sales management experience
- Knowledge of banking credit principals
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Relationship management skills
