Responsibilities

Direct coordination of technical and administrative support activities (installation, repair, preventive maintenance, engineering change upgrades) at client sites
Maintain thorough records and systems
Schedule personnel for critical situations
Liaise with design management and specialists to resolve problems or escalate to design department
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function

Key requirements

Bachelor
minimum of 3 years of increasing managerial experience
